2022 was a challenging year for me, which messed up my writing plans. But good news! I’m finally writing again. Woohoo!
After so many months of silence, It feels incredible to have characters whispering in my ear while I type their stories. The characters whispering loudly right now are from the Enders series.
Yay. I’m so excited to be back in the Enders universe because the alternate reality/fantasy setting allows me to be creatively fearless. And if you’ve read the first three books in the series, you know that these characters push the boundaries. I mean, these are anti-heroes. Make no mistake about it. In some other stories, they might be the villains.
But they are here. In my head. And I’m having so much fun telling their stories, and I hope you will join me for the next roller-coaster ride. Disclaimer: These stories are not for the squeamish. You’ve been warned.
So, remember Mason? He was Duke’s right-hand man in Prince of Hearts. He also showed up in Xandra: Killer of Kings. He’s matched with Sophie, who also features in Duke’s story and Osagie: Bad Santa. If you read the excerpt at the end of Osagie’s story, you’ll know this already. 😊
